Flat-rate shipping applies to all U.S. orders based on order total:
Free Shipping for Orders $120 or more.
Shipping rate is $11.99 for orders below $100.
We only ship within the U.S.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping time: 7–14 business days within the U.S.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Delivered Items
Report issues immediately by emailing:
A photo of the item
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges must go through the return process.
After approval, place a new order for the desired item.
🚫 Cancellations & Address Corrections
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, or before the shipping notification is sent, what ever comes first.
To cancel, email with subject: “CANCEL”, include your order number.
Address corrections accepted only within 24 hours of order confirmation, or before the shipping notification is sent, what ever comes first.
Address changes can’t be made after shipping.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving delivery.
Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original package.
With tags and original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds processed within 15 business days after return approval.
Refunds issued to original payment method.
Bank/credit card posting may take additional time.
